Again we know that the notice is given to you at a certain age, but what if your partner isn't of age yet? I'm assuming in that case you have to wait X years until you can meet them. Alternatively the huge fucking elephant in the room is the guy who likes strawberries. They seem to be hiding a secret together and it's been hinted at that he got his notice a while ago.
