"I looked up to you, so your personal business is totally my business," said an obnoxious girl who's making assumptions about the situation based on her own and some secondhand information that included the phrase "I think."
For real though, if this girl is supposed to be an impetus to help get Akira back into running, it would've been nice if she'd at least confirmed everything properly instead of halfassing the information gathering and being annoying.

She's a teenage girl. From the sound of it in the 15-16 range. Teens that age tend to be fairly egocentric and run far more on emotions than logic. She's going about things in an idiotic way but it's fairly realistic. (Though more dramatic than would likely happen in real life.)
