This is a good. Normally, Rom-Com tend to be too much into blue-ball, but in this case it's supported by something else than some useless drama or stupid reactions. It's a good balance of humor & romance like the ones you find in Love Hina, My Little Monster, Ore Monogatari, School Rumble (in a way), etc.
