ML isn't a tsundere, there's not enough dere for that. He's just an asshole and a frankly shit boyfriend (not that the female lead is a particularly good character either).
You want a good tsundere male lead, read Dengeki Daisy or something.

Why most of the mangakas hate women, why let her waste 6 years of her life on some jerk who strings her along, always keeping her hoping. Is it hard for them to create a well- rounded Female characters with strong willed to every aspect in their lives, not only for their pursuit to love.
I just hate the male lead and even more the female lead, for God's sake have some dignity and pride.
