"おわかりいただけただろうか" is a JP cliche phrase that was born from their own local versions of shoddy psychic/paranormal phenomenon tv shows, usually narrated before taking a second look at some crappy smudge or discrepancy that they try to blame on the supernatural. It eventually morphed into an all encompassing meme for "oh hey there's ghosts here (and are tormenting someone) and not everyone can see them". The closest TL I can think of would be "Did/do you understand what is going on" I guess.
