Anyone can explain the rules of his powers? every time he is able to add a new word it get stronger, i know, but i am confused about the limitations, i know it was explained somewhere, but i don't know which chapter.
Why cant he just create an area effect and erase all his enemies? if i understood his powers correctly, he should be able to do it.

Everyone's calling her naive for trying to take a prisoner of war for use in negotiations. People do that. It's ordinarily logical, but this time it (supposedly) wouldn't work because of the difference in the warring countries cultures. That information is coming directly from the intended prisoner, so... grain of salt.
The person who fucked up here, if anyone, is Hiiro. Mr. "My OP magic can do whatever I want" didn't bother restraining the enemy when the prisoner thing was decided. As the person that defeated them that feels like his responsibility because that is the way to finish that fight if killing is off the table.

Demon Lord's goal is to bring peace between all of the races, so her decision to not kill Feline Freak is a sound one. It's not naive when you don't kill your opponent in this case.
However, the decision to not kill him did result in him summoning that overgrown puppy. "Why didn't anyone restrain Feline Freak before he could do that?" you might ask. The answer to that is, they didn't have the chance.
Hiiro was about to kill him, then Demon Lord and her red haired subordinate came to talk him out of it, then IMMEDIATELY after Hiiro agreed to it, Feline Freak delivers his speech and summoned that puppy.
I'm guessing she was going to order someone to restrain Feline Freak right after Hiiro agreed to not kill him, but Feline Freak is faster and took action first.
And not to mention that everyone must've thought he doesn't have enough strength to do anything anymore.

I can't tell if not reading this for a while made it horrible, or if these last few chapters have been worse. Honestly, this feels pretty weak.

@Ari_yo chapter 69 is out and
he did exactly what i said, he made an area attack that erased all his enemies, there was no backlash or anything, we were told that the cost was 1000 mp, but we don't know how much mp he have, and he had fought for a long time, used tons of magic, and still had 1000 mp remaining, now i am even more confused that before.
I have checked chapter 45, there was an explanation about the backlash and the stuff he does there (using only 600 mp) that gives him backlash at chapter 46
Now that kind of atk feels like average things he does all the time, i think he got much stronger since them, i still don't understand how his ability works.
