I've been thinking he should just curse them all to Die for a while now. Or at least Sleep or Unconscious. He should be able to snipe from somewhere tall & obscure as well since his Kotodama is a ranged attack.

@The5thSeraph It means the band has an unofficial blessing by the authorities to do it. Such things happening is not exactly rare even in RL. All kinds of paramilitary and other groups with dubious aims or ideologies have flourished here and there. Usually they will be suppressed once a nation has developed enough, but if the government has other ideas, it might even encourage the existence of such groups. They can be a convenient tool for various fell deeds without directly implicating the politicians/high officials.
