I find this a very cute chapter and while there are flaws to her, I love how Nonoka is very direct to the point in what she says, not afraid to speak her mind :) Also she's outwardly saying her love for Pres so seriously xD Pres x Nonoka already took my cake!
Also I think the Pres's name might be Yosuke or something but I hope it gets revealed :/ he's basically a main character and we don't even know his name
