You'll have to excuse me but... how exactly is sending a TV crew to film your club activities a bad thing? If anything, any normal highschooler would be elated about being presented in a TV show; I have seen many a manga with a TV-show chapter and we're inbound for some comedy.

Besides, the vice-principal already went (a bit) Dere after Satowa "thanked" him for his support during their spat.

@VladDracul2 The Koto Club is hip-deep in preparations for the Nationals, and anything that disrupts that practice and preparation could damage their chances of success in the Nationals. The Vice Principal should be well aware of this. Heck, the entire school should be aware of their practicing for the Nationals.

Also, one can be a former villain that looked turned ally, which would still make them more than just a one-off villain.

It's another level of stress on top of their current stresses.
Right now, they can act naturally around each other and say things among friends.
However, that all disappears when you televise their practice sessions.
They'll become tense and worried about showing strangers their private sides, which will make them screw up.
