Having read this one (I've read up to and including Volume 9, of which I believe is all that is out currently), there's some more graphic images, a lot of damn near uncensored ecchi content (a few panels from memory with dick present and not even generic white-blur censored), and a kinda meh plot that has some cool moments but is mostly fanservice.
