In regard to "underage" and "young kids" in the translation -- in the raws both are "toshishita" which translates to "younger" or "junior", so it would refer to those who are younger than him. As he is young himself this may have some unfortunate implications, but it's not like he is being called a nonce.

It's not one of those "100 day manga", where they release a chapter (page) a day, ending on the 100th day (with usually more pages on the last day).

In this case, it's "100 days" because that's how many days there are until either the deadline for applying to the school, or when the school starts (or some other logical thing that needs to be done relating to entering the school).

I highly doubt they'd do this daily for 100 days, considering the first chapter didn't even meet the criteria (36 pages too many). And whilst the title states "Home Tutor", they can still remain a tutor after that period. So depends on the author on whether it will even end at 100 days in that world.
