Now that they are old enough to live alone, is his parent going to come back, find out where he lives despite him running away from the now closed orphanage (no official records) and only being discovered by 1 person in 6-10 years, and then force him to move in with him in some forighn country?
Is he going to inherit the family buisness of driving oversized luxury cruse ships through hazardous weather, strike it rich after 20 years, and then go back to her and propose?
Will his fathers sudden death postpone their wedding and cause him so much grief that he cannot marry her for 10 years?

The guy in the last panel looks like someone drew a young man and then decided to make him old last minute by painting a few wrinkles on his face. It's really weird to look at.
