I'm so lost about this story. This chapter negates all the previous development. Can't tell where this is going or what it is about anymore.

It seems that their drugging Kohaku/Ryuusei, I bet the headaches are actually withdrawal symptoms. The drug is not only affecting his memory but I bet there's either make-up over the birthmarks or somehow the "medicine" is causing it to disappear.
