hence why I said give/show the memory scroll to the female partner since she actually knows MC enough and she was also there getting killed in the future, plus she was also the one who administered the sealing parasite on his face in the chapter he got punished in prison....

It's not a stretch for her to sneak Zeff in under pretense of visiting his assaulter and simply killing him in captivity without alerting anybody... or have her do the killing herself, ofc without using any external means or physical evidence.... like poison or simply suffocating him... maybe there's magic/tools to purposely trigger an intentional heart attack?

would people check a supposed bad guy in total isolation with a punishment that's supposedly harsher than death? and if they even did, just say he died due to the mental torture or something....

If somebody could think of a way, and there's no specified reason why that way is not applicable, that's what I call bad writing...
