I feel like villainess is a bit harsh. Usually they bully the heroine for making moves on or interacting with their fiance. That doesn't seem very villain like to me but what do I know i've never played an otome game so my experience is basically the plot summary of the game worlds that the millions of villainess isekai's are set in. A rival in love would make more sense based on what the character is but I guess with the good ending ogf the game being the villainess dying like the wicked witch i guess thats where the term villainess comes from.
based on what I've read this seems to be the plot and the villainess is actually the victim cuz she loses everything while the heroine is living her best life:
