Kouya no Hanayome - Vol. 1 Ch. 3

...I'm beginning to suspect Superman may have had a flirt there in the past...

It is fair to assume there was something of a timeskip between chapters.

In the original Japanese, some of her speech is written in katakana, which (I believe) implies that as she’s not entirely fluent she’s just sort of sounding words out. I typed the corresponding bits in a different font, but it may not be noticeable enough (or communicate the meaning very well).

that's adorable she's civilizing the oni harem. Thank you for another great chapter its really appreciated.

Translator needs to learn the difference between male and female pronouns. It makes a difference in English when you use the wrong one.

@Madcat6204 are you talking about that one kid being called a "He" and such? I thought the same thing at first but then I started thinking what if that one really is male OR what if its a girl who think its male cause its gona be a leader? since I mean they are all savages and such, eventually I sort of gave up on trying to figure out if translator fucked up their genders or w.e their gender is supposed to be lmao

Mururu is male. The whole idea is that they will only be able to continue the tribe’s bloodline if Mei becomes his bride.

His hair is just long.

Some of the extra text in the magazine versions of the chapters explicitly say Mururu is to become her husband, and the character profiles in chapter 3 also state flat out that he is the sole male of the tribe.

I don't know where mangaupdates got the bride thing, maybe whoever filled that out was assuming off his looks as well, but suffice it to say I am not just basing this off of nothing.

@Saloria_Stralli Like with wikis anyone with a Manga Updates account can add whatever tags to a work or even make new ones. Case in point I just made and added "Child Groom" to work (and to Otoyomegatari for good measure). So one should take the info on there with a grain of salt.

Edit: Does pinging someone work if you edit it in? Well, I'll try anyway.

Yep pretty sure mururu is a guy. But I’m pretty sure the romance may develop from the black haired girl and the very strong blonde that didn’t like her at first maybe
