is the translation about the warp feather correct? seems weird to have the ability to teleport anywhere as much as you want but only 1 time per destination. the more typical situation would be you cant use it to teleport somewhere you haven't gone rather than a place you already went to.

@JennyTals While its very likely tl was just doing a poor job and accidentally inverted the meaning, I do agree that if that is not the case then it is an item with very specific usages. If "same place" means occupying a subset of exact same space, then you can still teleport to the same areas several times, but if it is ex. any place you have seen, or within a large radius, then the usability drops vastly. The fact that it is blind teleports is really dangerous too, although I assume it at least have basic safeguards such as displacing teleports out of walls and down from midair. But it is still dangerous as you could end up in front of a car, or near wild beasts... except his 777 skill should make such accidents safer.

But what use is there in going somewhere you havent? Maybe specific escort quests or peddling wares you heard the area is in a deficit of. The biggest use I can see however follows from the part about the warp having no limits on how much, so you could bring armies with you, making it a great tool for military use.
