Actually this sort of thing isn't rare among dictators and other powerful people. Son going around raping/molesting women and/or murdering people, wife spending money on luxuries, etc (sometimes they go to a shop and "buy" stuff but don't actually pay too). The bad guy's mistake was to make it so obvious till he got caught. And even then that level of stupidity is not that unbelievable either based on real world events/history...

Finally a villain who gets exactly what he deserves. Key emphasis on exactly. Instead of beating around the bush and effing around saying we have to consider this and that he's straight up said no you get to die now.

Gotta admit compared to this the animes depiction of this was a bit disappointing.but it was good to see the pig get punched.

This is actually pretty terrible... With the scale of what Enzu was doing, for Cliff to not notice, he would have to either be rather isolated from the town, or deliberately ignoring it. And then Yuna uses that to justify creating a surveillance state...
Also, I really don't see how Enzu would profit from imprisoning outsiders... Killing them and taking their stuff, sure, but imprisoning? How does that help?
