It is acutally the backstory for the who army of monsters' reason of gathering in one place.
 
I have noticed some differences from the web novel, for better or worse who knows lol.
 
I strongly do not recommend watching the anime it will only frustrate and annoy you
 
So the first chapter of the anime is out, i would not had know at all fi is not for the credits page, thanks as always for the translation.
 
I suppose this is what happens when the the WN becomes the LN. plot points and details change.

I liked the WN version, tbh.

i have to say, the anime is almost total different compared to manga version
except same character and some places, everything is different. not even the story.
okay, story is not 100% different but i would say its pretty much a rewrite rather than usual adapted-improvised-with-extras.
i put spoiler, incase noone want to see my opinion
