Back neck chopping is a deadly move, it can cause serious injuries includes paralysis and death. Not something people can do casually just from learning from movies or anime. There already some fatalities in Vietnam by students do it in there plays after do back neck chopping.

i think that chopping the back of the neck doesnt make a person black out , but it can kill them because of the dis-located neck bones .

you need to chop the 2 sides of the neck , where the blood vessels are . this will suddenly stop the blood flow to the brain , and make a person black out .
