Yeah she does kill Julius, and ends up fighting some of the other Tensei'ed Students, because during the war they were on the opposite sides as enemies.

The Tensei'ed Students & Julius were unknowingly helping the Elves thinking the Admins of the World as the enemy. But as we know, Elves are the main antagonists of this series which Kumoko's side knew about (and all of this is the fault of one single Elf who is also the reason for the almost near destruction of that world in the past; all because he wants to gain Immortality, and he is still going after his goal, while not caring about the lives of the others or that world).
