Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? - Vol. 6 Ch. 29.2

@Med1um
You should know already that Kumoko kinda ate most of the demon lord soul and at that point is mixed with hers so that is why she talks like our beloved spider girl

Too bad, In this chapter we only get to see Kumoko on two panels. Or could it be that Kumoko is actually that burly bald man? I mean, remember her videogame character Idaten, it was described like this baldy (I'm joking XD... or I'm not?)

Kumoko is actually the hooded one (her name at that point is Shiraori, Shiro for short) not the Demon King. And boy, Kumoko is fking op at that point.

@Owyn Sorry to tell you this, but you won't get the taboo chapter.
In fact, in the novel, the chapters after this one are set at least a few days after Kumoko's obtained Taboo lv10

If this manga follows the novel, then you won't get the reveal of what Taboo is before a long time
Because Taboo is a Spoiler Skill that cannot be revealed too soon.

hey, that's an interesting albeit a bit weird chapter, let's see the comme-- aaand it's mostly WN reader dropping heavy spoilers unprovoked.
damn, you guys.
at least let us manga-only readers have fun and speculates shit.
now i can't even say how happy i am that the demon lord ain't a loli and actually have an interesting personality.
and how all that hints at the end makes me hella hyped for the journey that leads our lil' spider into the demon lord with that kind of personality.

DO NOT OPEN ANY SPOILERS HERE: FULL OF IDIOTS SPOILING THE NOVEL
<<The "time-skip" is intended, you not understanding what is happening is intended>>

@RandomPasserby

Of course, i know it. But i remember demon king saying naiwa only once, and it was between fellow Kumoko-sisters, if i remember correctly.
Anyway, even considering what demon king is, i'm pretty sure that she had quite different speech pattern

If I were to represent my interest in this manga on a graph, I guess this is where it would start taking a nose-dive.

That demon king trope is so fucking bad. Especially apparently a retarded juxtaposition one. "Let's just kill all humans 'cuz we're so evil! tee-hee".

Tch.

Maou-shoujo's design is rather good here.
I kind of expected Blow to look like a young brat, but I guess this works.
Also,
SHIROOO-SAAAAMAAAA!!!

@BCS

Judging too early just wait and see, I don't want to spoil it but its not as simple as you think =)

@RooneyRoo
I hope for your sake that was sarcasm.

Wrath looks like generic bishe pretty boy. Bleh.

The Butler looks a lot younger than imagined but I suppose the vampire blood is doing work.

And Shiro's braid!~ I want to see her in all her archane glory. And Kuro's... there.

Oh thank you people for explaining that this is a time skip because I was confused as hell and though I mis-clicked the manga lol

I think it's supposed to be confusing. But it remains to be seen how this chapter's mini-arc will be presented going back to Kumo. It might be clear then.

The WN was very very clear and explicit about its time skips and perspective changes, seeing as how each chapter number was designated with where/when/who/what they were about. This isn't apparent here since the manga's rather linear, and afaik there's no subtitle or other anything around the chapter number?
