@IVVO I doubt that's the only reason, but even if it was, it doesn't matter. If the human form is the strongest, for whatever reason, then obviously the original owners of that form can't be the weakest. It's another matter, of course, if the most powerful humans are around at all, though. Maybe they are all busy playing gods and don't interact directly with the mortal world.
For everyone that asked this is the equivalent of Chapters 170 and 191 in the WN but the story actually diverges from the WN and this is volume 4 chapter 9(?) of the LN.
@PianoConspiracy
This has absolutely nothing to do with those WN chapters though. Like, completely.
@DANDAN_THE_DANDAN
Depends on how they do it. They seems to want to go with novel layout, adding her other classmates and all those storyline shenanigans, so it might end with her just getting out of the labyrinth.
but I thought her hp auto recovery couldn't restore lost limbs? that's why she had to wait till her evolution trigger each time
P.s. - judging from previous manga future-flashbacks Kumoko manages to erode the girl-spider and take over her body to later sit on a round-table with it?
She looses limbs but regains them when she sheds/evolves, but now she doesn't have to wait until she evolves to regain lost limbs if she's hit with a killing attack. Maybe.
in this it is because ariel was a normal human girl that was genetic experiment by potimas (elf king) to become immortal by mixing her with spider. After the system was installed she became the origin of taratect, she is not a hyper evolved taratect.
