I think we'll keep getting only little things like this. Tsubaki might meet a boy for a little bit but nothing major. I doubt we'll see males fully interacting with the main cast.
My experience with this author is that he keeps things simple and doesn't really do bit changes in his mangas but I haven't read all of them though.
