Miyuki-chan is from Tamagoro's "Take Out" series and the story is pretty much the same as this only this main character is younger and they aren't having sex on-screen.

but the thing is, things don't really change too much - or at least it feels that way. i'd say you'd only be truly an adult when you stop caring about things like whether something is childish or adult-like. just do whatever you want as long as it is within your means and you're not bothering anyone else. you will never be too old for anything.
