Kuro no Maou - Vol. 2 Ch. 10 - Devil

we all know kuro was being nice just killing them off like that most of us would have done some much worse

@shinsekai well normally those manga where enemies turn into friends are like this one's Sariel in that they are "relatively" nice to the MC and his friends. They don't have the religious supremacists come and brutally torture and crucify the MC's hometown and potential harem members.

Can you imagine what kind of manga To-Love Ru would have been if one of the antagonists had successfully burned down his high school and in the process kidnapped, raped, and brutally tortured to death Kotegawa or Haruna?

alright I've seen a lot of demi-human abuse in manga but this one was quite gruesome. I was quite shocked what they did the the lamia holy shit. The fuckers deserve what's coming to them.

@Naib_of_Arrakis lmao, you clearly haven't read a lot of edgy isekai. This progress and gore is quite common place, although as I said what they did here like cutting off the lamia's tail or separating the lizardmans body parts aren't something I've seen before. Only truly unique content I can identify is the OP fairy girl who is unhinged since usually fairy characters in these types of series aren't as volatile as her.

This is why I refuse to read berserk, too much pointless character death besides mc and his girl who have plot armor. I don't get how people like this sort of style.

And that's why, whenever you find a stray mage on the side of the road, always take the time to feed it before sending it on it's way.

@conscript117 love would be kind of a scary emotion to someone who has lived for a couple decades. It is something that has different meanings to others and different feelings. Either way it makes you feel a special kind of good when you find someone you love and love spending time together no matter what. Wouldn't you do anything to protect such an emotion because you don't know how it works i f you can only love one person or how hard it is to find someone you can love. Surprised she would rip off a faeries wing. I think leaving them without their treasure would have been enough of a punishment. I can kind of understand why the faeries are the way they are but to expect Lily to protect them while making her an outcast is pretty fucked. They are made into pets, used in magic, killed for w.e and the like, but no appreciation for the protection

I can understand killing 1 or a few off, but wiping out basically every character we have met at once? I don’t trust the author anymore, also they are adventurers they should have stood some chance

@hiraomnibus there is more side character death in this then berserk, berserk outside of the background story for guts and Griffith it’s all background characters really. Barely any side or following characters die if at all

Oh man, I've read spoilers about that chapter, but even still, it hurts to see what happened.

And now, it remind me Hunter x Hunter with the transition from Greed Island arc to Chimera Ants arc...
