@GrimGriefer DD meaning damage dealer is the main one, DD can stand for a lot of things, but when u talk about games DD is mainly used for damage dealer no matter where u play/which game u play

edit1: now that a think more about it, the only game where ppl where so bad to name DD as DPS was wow, it was a community thing, not even devs/mods etc used DPS, they used DD as damage dealer.
other than that game i dont know of any other game that their players have a messed way of using it
have played on chinese, korean, european, usa games, brazilian servers etc, i can tell u none of all the other games i played saw them using DD as another term different to damage dealer, over 17 years of playing video games
 
@locollsteg I guess you never played games pre-wow release? For example, EverQuest or Ultima Online, which predates all of those. It's mostly region based. This comes from a person who played many MMO's before wow even came out, including UO, EQ, and AO. There are some instances where the region lingo mingled. Even today you still have kids saying "this way is the right way and your way doesn't make sense so you need to stop or i'll make a big stink about it".

blade y soul, neverwinter, tera, all of FF(11 and 14 only played them for like 4 months), archeage, kritika online, elsword, closers, guild wars 2, paladdins, poe, all of diablo, aion, perfect world,bdo etc etc etc i can keep going also maybe u asked wrong since i dont see coherence beetwen"I guess you never played games post wow release?" then asking about games before wow, i played dark age of camelot, Ragnarok online, perfect world i believe was by that time, ff11 came before wow also, pso 1 was also before wow, maplestory i believe was also before wow, everquest and the last one i remember i played before wow launch was lineage

Ewww. Also, video game system world authors often have real problems with adjusting behaviors of people to account for "1 person can fight an army" level disparity types. Really, so do super hero comic authors.

Always like this. How come a man that stupid be a king of a country? How come a country's higher ups filled with stupid people that lack of information?
 
Imma give praise about this kingdom at the very least. The decision to go into war should be among the top most crucial decision and can't just be like, "meh let's go to war" or the king be complete dumb to be manipulated easily by one staff.
 
Great another shit stain who needs to die. What is it with these japanese authors and making every evil guy rape and abuse women? Is there really nothing more evil they can do that doesn't involve rape? I'm getting sick of this trope.
