I just noticed, but this kinda feels stupid now.
She(MC Sis) is very close to the tamer, why not knock him out first, then proceed to deal with the S-Rank monster
, It'll make fight easier
But If somehow the monster suddely going rampage & imouto hero still managed to beat it, it will be more rewarding to enjoy rather than " I'm ignoring this threat over here, for the lulz of it "

Regarding to rion armor, well @stal2walk got a good point here, as long as it's a fantasy world & not near-realistic kind of world, we got to assume something will subtitute the physical armor to gain some kind of protection for skimpy armor ... At this point i rather call it 'magical body armor' rather than just usual 'body armor' anymore.
Still hard to believe for me, an exposed belly suddenly have some kind of protection ... Much better if it covered by cloth that harden when being struck (kinda like next gen liquid ballistic body armor)

The power progression could use a little pacing or explanation. The characters suddenly perform these super moves out of nowhere. Oh well, just my opinion.
