@twinklecake Personally I'm just gonna assume this character isn't trans at all, only a crossdresser, til potentially proven wrong.

If they're just a crossdresser it's a bit overdone but fine, if this character is meant to be transgender, I hate this shit.

Either way, yeah, good trans rep is very rare from Japanese media, though I've seen a couple. Never in any fantasy series though, or otherwise action oriented series.
