Oh good I thought I was the only who caught on also she kept interacting with them but never once in these three chapters did it look like she had a real reason to spending around the protagonist because let's be honest it kinda seems like she could care less about him, at least on a romantic front

So, they enter the science lab and nothing happens, shirayuki enters and they get locked...hmmm ?
They find the ingredients lying on the table and out of nowhere one disappears without a clue and only the 3 of them are in the room....hmmmmmmmmm ???
MC says magic word to open door and suddenly shirayuki is gone without a trace...aaaaarrrgggggggghhhh ??

Shirayuki is really suspicious, but even if she is the culprit she shouldn't be working alone. Unless she uses some kind of magic it'd be hard to talk with MC and prepare a magic item at the same time, unless she had it since the start( but that doesn't explain why the ingredients were on the table and why the gold suddenly disappeared.)
