Kusuriya no Hitorigoto - Vol. 7 Ch. 35.2 - Back to the Inner Palace (Part 2)

The reason why he rejected Jinshi offer for money is Jinshi was presenting it as a type of bribe, probably to test him.
I mean, it might be a test. I kind of feel like he was willing to actually do this just for Maomao. It's something that might make her "sister" happy, and Jinishi has "fuck you money." He could probably throw that kind of money around if he wants to without much issue if he considered that amount appropriate here even as a test.

@Aoitenshi Oh, I know it's the right thing to do, and secured him a possible opportunity/ally. But from a purely profitable, not-so-honorable perspective - dude just lost a lot of potential money. I'm not so great of a person. I would've just taken the money.

Personally, I'd be super charmed and flattered if a guy went that far for me. Like, dang. Okay. What a good dude. But like 👀 what abt my ps5 honey 👁👄👁

But you can't reliably tell erect dick size from its flaccid size

Just what were you planning on doing, Maomao

NOVEL SPOILERS

thanks for translating. I adore the manga and think it has better pacing than the actual novel.

I just love Jinshi and his assistant reaction. The facepalm in the background hahahaha.

science time : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactation

It is also possible to induce lactation without pregnancy. Protocols for inducing lactation are called the Goldfarb protocols.

Using birth control pills to mimic the hormone levels of pregnancy, then discontinuing the birth control, followed by use of a double electric breast pump for 15 minute sessions at regular 2-3 hour intervals (100+ minutes total per day) helps to induce milk production.

In humans, induced lactation and relactation have been observed frequently in some cultures, and demonstrated with varying success in adoptive mothers.

It appears plausible that the possibility of lactation in women (or females of other species) who are not biological mothers does confer an evolutionary advantage, especially in groups with high maternal mortality and tight social bonds.

The phenomenon has been also observed in most primates, in some lemurs, and in dwarf mongooses.

Lactation can be induced in humans by a combination of physical and psychological stimulation, by drugs, or by a combination of those methods.

Domperidone is a drug that can induce lactation.
