Just caught up to the story, why is this manga classified as "completed"? Why does the MAL page say it only has 16 chapters?

This series was published online on Saizen and it is already finished at Chapter 195, all of those compiled on two volumes, the last one published on July 20th, so there is still 24 chapter left to be translated, plus the extras of the second volume.
Well, when it comes to track manga or even anime MAL is more unreliable than a fair shotgun, so inquire a edit to solve that problem.
