Sus as fuck. Let me guess two things right here.
1.The guy knows her from way before. Like she's his childhood sweetheart or something or a savior since she seems to have been trained to kill and maybe he was saved in the crossfire as he's seemingly the president of a large company.
2. He's the client. The other guy is a middle man and we don't have the identity of the client revealed yet. The only relevance the client brings is the purpose of the assassin. So 99% sure its him. In order to bring her closer as that's the only choice for her profession is of an assassin.
