There are a lot of dumb fanservice "light-haired girl push down dark-haired girl" moments in yuri fiction.
It's impossible to say this one ranks high among them, because they are all equally moronic.
But among those moments that are mixed with an "awkward sort of confession" moments this certainly ranks among the cheapest and most retarded ones.
