Yeah, Healing Magic has a dark side.

If you remove the limiters of a person, and overheal them pass 150%, most of their body would appear afflicted with stage 3 cancer all over the body.

Or you do a reverse healing on them. Whatever damage you sustained, can be transferred to another. But that's a Blood Magic deal.
