Kyoukoku no Recuerdo

I'm rather curious about how Arsenio got himself the lizard, so it's a shame there aren't any chapters...

Waiting for a yaoi-safe seal. Fellow soldiers, will you offer your souls so that mine will be safe?

Given what we know so far of their relationship in "The Witch's Servant and the Demon Lord's Horns", plus the description for this one, shouldn't this also have the "Tragedy" tag?

@Spinaple
It probably sensed him praying nonstop to be an Armsmith and said to itself "WTH, I'll help the kid out. His life will be better with me around.".

Hm, what's up with the title? Cover says Leceld.

For anyone seeing this for the first time, it might be best to read the "sequel" first. This is a prequel in that it takes place before the main story, but it also spoils a bit of it and was published later

That being said, if you really want to read this first, I don't think it should make too huge of a difference. What it spoils can be seen from a mile away if you just think a little. Maybe you'll miss out on some "OH. OOOOH" moments, but you can always reread a 22 chapter series

@Ceiye How much does it spoil? It know the sequel's translated chapters recently reached the point where Sauro appears, so I assume some of what this might spoil is the parts people spoil slightly in the sequel but beyond that part is there much else?

This only spoiling how did Arsenio got his power and why Sauro really obsessed to kill Arsenio back in the main chapter. It also talks about how Arsenio still believe in god even though he's been betrayed since his life turns into something like in the main story

So there's 22 chapters... Meaning we're almost half way through. Keep up the good up scanlator-sama.

I don't think this is spoiling anything since we get the over all gist from the main story. This is just elaborating on the characters backgrounds and attitudes.

with all this prequel/sequel talk im starting to wonder if this was actually written first?
judging by the shorter length I'd say this came later, but the way that neither series starts while expecting you to know the characters makes it hard to be certain.
