Anyway, this chapter shows sensei is, in his own way, as trashy as the bullies - get buddy buddy with the ringleader's father because he's a big shot, and apply retarded logic to a serious issue at hand because it's more convenient that way.

Is bullying this severe in Japan or do mangas over exaggerate it? Like if any of the things this girl went through happened in an American school (vandalized desk, locker full of trash and a dead rodent, getting her hand fucking stabbed repeatedly, etc) then there would be serious consequences. I see this type of bullying in a lot of mangas and I sit here thinking why the fuck aren't the teachers doing anything? As someone who was bullied badly growing up there wasn't much to be done about verbal insults if there weren't any witnesses but the moment it turned physical (against me or my property) it was always taken care of immediately.

Like I know it’s a cheesy horror manga so it’s supposed to be over the top and ridiculous on purpose but I’ve seen this exact scenario happen in so many other mangas
