Well, the way I see it even his toughness alone is already ridiculous, but seeing they plan to join adventurer guild I'm hoping he have some other ability.

Heroes can't use magic, but they have haki (yep, HAKI). It seems Tetsu unconsciously emits it all the time, so normal attacks do jack shit to him. Also that's the reason Gonsuke attracted to him.
It's ironic that because this era is peaceful, people without magic are discriminated against.

@Septem I got the raw WN though, with a little work with translations I can understand the word bit by bit ( google translated and untranslated one in each page and i compare it with my own translations) bit hard to work but it's still readable

She will. Also, she doesn't stay in one form for too long and keep switching from very young kid to early teen.
