Dear God, this villain is too fluffy.
I love the little touches that show he's an actual evil villain bent on destroying mankind, really hope we get more of a plot arc as the series moves on. Can't help but wonder where it might end.

It has that air of whimsy Douman Seiman's works do, and that's a glowing recommendation.
