This development seems like a rather silly failure of planning. A test, I guess, but does he want these missions to succeed or not? Just dropping your agent into the situation with apparently a couple of sentences' worth of briefing and no plan to deal with fundamental problems you know will be there . . . it's like hiring someone to steal something behind a locked door and refusing to give them lockpicks because you want to see if they can improvise.

@Wulfleyn To be fair though, hiding the "T-Section" does quite a bit to obscure recognition. IIRC that is actually where most of it happens. Plus if it was a full mask she couldn't eat or drink without removing it which could cause issues.
