Lamia Orphe Is Dead - Ch. 5 - The Younger Brother

bro putting the entire dukedom in someones hands (who doesnt even want to inherit it) for a matter like this 😔

I have a feeling that we will be seeing Lamia's journey through becoming a knight and gets into a duel with ML but in the end, she still dies regardless without even loving ML? Of course, ML rewinds time again but instead, Lamia has a dream of her knight past, not the dream where ML calls her name out. She thinks that she had a bad relationship with ML so this time, she avoids being a knight and either continues to be a noble or some alternative occupation (e.g. Mage). It's possible that she might have a "deja vu" feeling at some point?

The past was about them being lover but Lamia died... Now, I think Aquila became cold-hearted due to the used of his powers OR he did this on purpose to save Lamia even if the result is for her to hate him.

This is Aquila saving Lamia from death so I bet he is doing all of this for Lamia.

So basically in the original story, she inherited the dukedom and was very close to Aquila.
But she died because of something, Aquila used a time-travel and changed the story, and this is the result, with Lamia becoming a knight.

If it as you guys said that it was intentional to save her, then it kinda retarded, but we dont know the other side of the story so..

Daaammmmnn, 5 chapters in and there's a lot of mysteries and unconfirmed truths that I can't wait to be unraveled. This story really has a good pacing and how everything is slowly laid out for us readers while keeping us on our toes, in short, I love this💯❤️

@Javra17
One of the reasons Madoka works as a protagonist is because, even in spite of the time manipulation, she maintains her agency the whole time. In the end, she opposes both fate and manipulation.
I'm hoping Lamia in this story can do the same, but it's hard to see a happy ending if she does now.

Firstly, why is she so sure that it wasn't an actual "accident"?

If it's not an accident and intentional. I'm beginning to think that every revised timeline when she's with him, she ends up dead. So instead he's making her hate him but keeping her close enough to protect her?

This is really good. I hope they won't give a flimsy reason for how he'll get her to fall for him.

@Meo Easy, the way Uri behaved and responded to everything off screen. Also, if the King would have responded with literally anything but "It was an accident", like saying what happened, would have been more reasonable, but no such thing happened.

Would be great if the real ML is the first Prince and the second one is just a revenge target she seduced for harming later on (repeating the same years suffering for the whole eternity sounds like a nice way to get revenge on someone)

So he decides to become the villain so that she can live? Awwwww. That's kinda sweet but also horrible at the same time. I feel bad for the brother😢

Maybe lamia’s brother killed her. That’s why Aquila broke his hand! Random guess? Yes indeed.

I'm actually thinking Aquila could have hurt Uriel to protect him from something and as a consequence Lamia. We don't know how Lamia died in the original timeline.
