@Richman thats just because of an invasion of cthulhu monsters from another dimension that have come to japan to stop heroes from constantly getting isekai'd in, however the japanese association of heroes (JAH) stands against them and though many lives are lost eventually "Salmonella D Zorbrath" the greatest of the heroes manages to defeat the maou and seals the rift once and for all... however in doing so he is forced to seal himself into that world as well. He then begins an adventure involving a large harem of various lolis and milfs (half of which are slaves or childhood friends or tsunderes or all three) which involves eating various types of food in great detail and building japanese baths to bring world peace and rehabilitate the monsters.

However this manga was way more interesting so they omitted those details
