Oh shit, they've been outting the male mc since the last chapter. The guy's gonna lose his post for nice guy Shige because Igarashi-san is too weak in his presence. His positive attitude might be infectious and she'll see what is the real meaning of being wanted and not having a person "performing" when with her. Rip male mc.

@NeroPR That's well said. If Shige is as nice as he seems and if our MC stays the way he is all the way, then I would actually be pissed at her if she maintains her status quo with him.
And actually I would think she deserves all of her misery in that case...
We'll see how things evolve. People might change and then the situation would be different.
