Gotta admit Luna is really adept at thinking outside the box and having confidence. Seems to be lacking in the etiquette and composure of a king and lord though. A good king is one who cares for and listens to his subjects in a give and take relationship where the subjects provide taxes and support to the king who shoulders the big decisions and protects them. So far Luna seems more likely to indulge in the benefits of the position while glossing over the responsibilities. Granted she shouldn't let Rintarou walk all over her or jump when he says jump but asking him to kiss her foot is extremely rude and arrogant, especially considering she and Kay would have died if he hadn't stepped in. On the other hand the cover describes her as a Scum Arthur so unfortunately she may be rather lacking in empathy and noblesse oblige although wouldn't explain why a self-centered person would want a position crammed full of responsibilities and duty unless she just wants to reap the benefits and dump the work on subordinates. Hopefully she's got some endearing traits to make her character worth following.
