Lazy Cooking - Vol. 1 Ch. 3 - Honey Lime Soda Popsicle

Ooh, interesting!! Frozen fruit and gummy bear bar!! Alternatively, you can freeze bananas too! Just peel a couple, mix in whatever flavors you want (could be a little vanilla and honey, could be one of those chocolate stevia squeeze pods, could be some caramel, could be a big, heafty spoon of peanut butter, could be maple syrup, etc), and freeze it for a couple hours!! If you don't want to smash the bananas, consider dipping them in any old melted chocolate and letting them freeze that way!

Putting the lime (calamansi in my case) in ice cubes is mind blowing. The author is a genius! (๑°ㅁ°๑)

Thank you for the translation!

i've had soda mixed into shaved ice before but i'd never thought to freeze it itself(with stuff in it duh). nice!

45°C = 113°F
At those temperatures, I'd probably just eat ice cubes directly rather than waiting six hours for popsicles to solidify.

I have tried this. I bought the mold from Daiso + Haribo gummy bears. Pretty good!

I didn't know canned Rambutan was a thing, I even live in Malaysia!
