This is THE DUMBEST writing I've read in a while. Why in the ever loving God would he accept to such a stupid and pointless duel when THE WHOLE GOAL IS TO AVOID WORK? And giving 100k DP to a 100+ year old dungeon veteran versus a noob who hasn't even done it for a year is crazy. He has very little chance of winning.
The only way he could win is if he could somehow efficiently summon heavy calibre guns and warheads / bunker buster bombs.
This writer is forcing a dumb battle scenario on a manga that was supposed to be about survival and doing as little as possible aka min/max the system.
