Not personally, but I do remember Saitama's Tourettes-esque outbursts upon failing to kill a mosquito in OPM. He didn't go and preach an entire goddamn sentence to it though, and most of the words stayed in his head.
I believe overuse of your own voice in situations where doing so doesn't make a positive difference from being silent is a symptom of severe, uncurable mental illness(es). But that's just what my life experiences have taught me.

@Umetsu it's a whip sword. close to mid range combat weapon. Affi still applies.

@verrone mid-to-long range, i think. And she need to freely move with this weapon, so less armor, less weight, more movement and movement speed. And its magic story, so her "armored dress" can grant more defence then classic fullplate armor.

@Umetsu I say it's a close to mid ranged weapon since it is probely used as a close combat sword and whip sword that probely extends around 3-4 horses. But since we haven't seen how far it goes yet [but I highly doubt as far as a bow] so no long range but mid

And as for armour, if she tends toward front line, she should have more armour protection in general like the girl in Fate. I don't mean heavy and/or bulky, but more cover(with purpose as well); let alone, with against magic casters she can have magic barriers/covers which doesn't matter in what type of armour she wears and against long range surprise attacks( I don't think she had any head protection now that think about it.

The design for the "armoured dress" is strictly for that ecchi tag. I'm talking about actual practicality of what it should be if sense were put into this(even with magic).

Whip swords are one of the most ridiculous ideas ever made up by character designers with zero sense and weapon knowledge (and those guys have come up with a ton of exceptionally ridiculous designs, so that means something), so I'm not sure why you guys are arguing about if the armor of someone using one makes sense.
