Less Than a Sister - Oneshot

I don't think this is yuri but to be honest I don't even know what to think of this

I don't know how I feel at the moment, kind of disturbed but its not that extreme? Idk, curious might be a better word

Excuse me, but the only person legally allowed to be Confused is me.

basically the mother had conjoined twins but one died so the other can live, the one alive wanted to have a sister but the mom said she's already with her so she's confused with what that means. Hearing a rumor bad kids get dragged to the factory she checks it out for her sister, while there she sees her and takes her home. The spirit then learns she was never alive from the start and goes poof after the little one goes shopping. Her subconscious of being alone/without a sister gave it life (like an imaginary friend) and talked to it after accepting the facts she tosses the doll

In case some people didn't know: when twins are conceived in the womb during early stages of development if one fetus terminates or miscarries, it's absorbed by the other fetus. Pretty fuckin brutal metaphorically to throw that doll in the fire tho.

That was interesting and sad, but I dunno why it was tagged shoujo ai. There isn't any romantic aspect to it that I can see; the girl just wanted a regular sister.

Edit: looks like they removed the tag, which I think was the correct decision.

@pants thanks for that tidbit, I honestly did not know that. I do know of some cases where the miscarriage of the other twin needs to be surgically removed or like in my previous comment the complications of conjoined twins

@CrazyPotato @pants and there is also an even more rare occurrence called Chimerism which occurs when the twins in question are non identical resulting in the surviving twin having two complete sets of DNA in different parts of their body. There is one fairly famous case of it where a women almost lost custody of her own children when she was maternity tested and came up negative (blood test) until a second test was conducted (this time tissue) as they had her unborn sibling's DNA.
