I realize I'm being a bit flippant, but in my experience, when two people at work don't get along they find ways to only interact as much as needed, and certainly don't accept invitations to do anything outside of work together. (including rides home) I get that she's still pining, but it's just my own humble opinion that it'd be better for her heart to try to move on.

@Dudeguy1984 Uhm,no. You need to read it again. They are a couple in the past, then aya break up due to pressure from family and decide to marry a man out of duty. Some years later she divorce and work as the same place as her ex lesbian lover. So they kinda have a casual sexual relationshop from there but not exactly dating. The wedding chapter and this one show that they still have feeling for each other
