List ALL suggestions in the pinned thread (in lieu of forum search)

nah, some people will lose their favorite past-time of writing "already planned/rejected/fuck off" on suggestion thread.

Semi-related, but I think it would be helpful to link the relevant thread(s) for each planned/rejected feature.

Then again, it's probably not necessary for devs, as they most likely have to-do lists that elaborate on each planned feature.

IIRC there were no plans to make any further modifications to the pinned thread, as v5 was going to come with a new way of tracking that sort of thing.
